Nicole is the best! I just want to start by saying she is a realtor, not just a real estate agent! She really put her client's interests first. She helped me find my grandparents a house about 5 years ago and we went ALL OVER New Jersey. She never made me feel like she was inconvenienced by the drive or my questions. My grandparents were very happy when we finally found a duplex they loved. This year my husband and I were ready to buy our first home. I still had Nicole's info, so I reached out. She remembered me and my family from SIX YEARS AGO! Like actually remembered things we talked about, my family dynamic, and what I liked in a home. She really takes pride in her work. She was able to explain and walk me through the entire home buying process. We walked through knee-high snow together and found a great home. Her husband was a big help, too. She dominated the negotiations for home repairs and owner accommodations. I don't think we would have gotten the home we did without her. The market is fierce at our price range and we suceeded thanks to Nicole. I'm definitely going to refer everyone I know that needs to buy or sell a house. I know I'm going to call Nicole again when I'm ready to sell/buy in a few years.

When my daughter and I met Nicole, it was like the universe was coming to help find the house of our dreams! We met Nicole initially to see a rental property. She was a wonderful realtor and immediately understood our needs and recommended that we look at houses given the rental market was not doing great at the time. We picked out 3-4 properties that we wanted to see. As we viewed the properties, none of the properties were what we needed for our family. Nicole suggested the local townhomes. She took us to the local townhomes and helped us through the entire process of designing the townhome. She was very knowledgeable about the property, the tax abatement, and the history of the property. She was our advocate during the entire process. She was a wonderful asset through the mortgage process and closing. We would highly recommend her to anyone and we will definitely use her when we are looking to rent our home and buy another home!
